Most construction projects are not one job. They are a sequence of jobs done by different people, and the space between them is where schedules fall apart and budgets go sideways.
We build the whole sequence. That means the excavation crew knows what the framer needs, the framer knows where the roofer will tie in, and the finish carpenter knows what the walls are supposed to look like when they get there. When a problem shows up in the middle of that — and on a renovation it usually does — one person owns it instead of everybody pointing at the trade before them.
We work on houses and small commercial buildings across Pittsburgh: brick four-squares that have been added onto twice, hilltop houses with retaining walls that need attention, and plain suburban ranches that need another bedroom. Steep lots, tight alleys, and structures that have settled are the normal condition here, not the exception.
We are licensed and insured, we pull permits where the work requires them, and we give you a written scope before we start so you know what you are paying for.

One contractor, all phases
Site work, framing, roofing, concrete, and finish work under one contract. You are not the general contractor on your own house, chasing four trades and a delivery schedule.
The number holds
We walk the job before we quote it. If something unforeseen turns up once we open a wall or dig a footing, you hear about it before the work continues — not on the final invoice.
Licensed and insured, in writing
Certificate of insurance and license details come with the quote. Ask for them at any point and you will get them without a conversation about it.
The punch list gets cleared
We walk the finished job with you and work through the list. A job is not done because the crew left — it is done when you have signed off on it.
